How it works

Catch it on Tuesday,
not on Friday.

The crew shows up and the material isn’t there, the change order isn’t signed, or the room isn’t cleared. DESK catches it while there’s still time to fix it.

Every install, checked days ahead.

Measure done? Materials in? Change orders signed? Customer confirmed? Crew assigned? Anything that isn’t ready goes on the morning list. Materials due after the install date are flagged the moment DESK sees them.

The service

We set it up
with your office.

DESK combines setup help with a focused workspace. The first engagement covers everything needed to get the morning check into daily use.

01

Look at last month

Walk through installs that moved or fell through with your coordinator. Agree on what “ready to install” means for your shop.

02

Load your job list

Start with an export from your flooring software or spreadsheet. Test the checks against jobs you already know went wrong.

03

Run it every morning

Your coordinator works the morning list. We review misses and false alarms together each week.

04

Keep what pays

After the pilot, compare lost install days before and after. Continue only if it’s worth it.

A focused first engagement

Your install
readiness pilot.

For flooring retailers and contractors who schedule their own install crews.

Talk through your installs

What we agree on together

One office, one coordinator and your current job list

An agreed checklist for “ready to install”

A morning list every working day for 30 days

Lost install days counted, with reasons

A fixed setup fee and a clear continue-or-stop decision

Currently inviting pilot conversations. Results depend on your jobs and the data your software can export.

A few useful details.

Let’s look at the work

One morning list.
Fewer wasted trips.
